Southwestern-style Dip

Ingredients

  • As seen on WKTV NEWSChannel 2 Harried Housewife Southwestern-style Dip
  • 1 (4-ounce) can mild fire roasted diced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package regular or reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8-ounce carton regular or reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder, more or less as desired
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend or process until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a container. Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 24 servings.
